Sarah & Vincent – Maternity Photosession

I recently got the chance to meet up with Sarah & Vincent who are expecting the arrival of their little guy next month! We were in the middle of a heat advisory with hotter than normal temps, so we opted to do part of the shoot inside at the library and brave the heat for some outdoor shots at the end. I wish you a safe and speedy delivery Sarah and am looking forward to the newborn session next month!

Brooke & Matt – 8/3/13 – Sedona, Arizona

Brooke & Matt recently tied the knot with a small destination wedding at a private residence in Sedona Arizona. They are from out of state, along with all the family that were in attendance. Years ago, when Brooke was helping Matt move his belongings from Chandler Arizona to Kansas, they passed through Sedona and ended up staying several days longer than originally planned. They fell in love with the area. When it was time to plan the wedding, Sedona was the perfect location. Congrats again you two. I wish you much love and happiness!

Welcome baby Vincent

I recently got the chance to meet 6-day-old baby Vincent at his home for his newborn session. His parents might look familiar, I have been capturing all their important milestones over the years from their engagement photos, wedding day, maternity session and now newborn session! I feel privilaged that they continue to choose me when they need photos because it gives me a chance to see their family grow. Vincent’s mommy Chrissie is super creative and she is the owner of C.Lacey Design. I love what she did with his nursery and couldn’t resist sneaking in a few images of his room. Congrats Chrissie & Nick!

Jayleen & Luis – Engagement Photosession

I recently met up with Jayleen and Luis for their engagement session and I love that they wanted to shoot in northern Arizona. I remember talking to Jayleen on the phone at 2:30 on the day of the shoot and it was raining (their shoot was scheduled for 4:30). It had been raining hard off and on for a few hours and I think everyone was a little nervous. We decided to still do the shoot, hoping that the weatherman would be right and things would clear up. We ended up meeting an hour earlier then planned at 3:30, in case we needed to take breaks in between spurts of rain. When 3:30 rolled around, all the storm clouds were gone, the sun came out and we only had puffy white clouds!

Congrats again guys! I can’t wait for the wedding in the spring and all the surprises you have planned!
