I’ve enjoyed getting to know Stacia and Kevin since this past fall. They are such a nice couple and their love for each other really shows in the photos. I love their pale gray suits, vivid blues, mason jars and cowboy boots. This wedding was filled with a range of emotions from big smiles to tears.
Lookin’ good guys!
I think Stacia is glowing! Seriously, she looks so happy.
Kevin and Stacia opted to do a “first look” and take all their photos before the ceremony. I love when my couples do this because the first look is filled with so much emotion. Plus you get more photos this way and who doesn’t love that? We were able to get all the photos done before the ceremony, which meant they were able to start the party right after the ceremony.
Stacia’s dad kept a very watchful eye as Kevin was retrieving the garder (below).
In the end, this country garden wedding had a fairytale ending when they jetted off in a Rolls Royce. Stacia & Kevin, I hope you’re having a fantastic time in the Bahamas!

Katherine & Ian were married at their beautiful home in Scottsdale. We started the day at the Kierland Westin Resort and Spa, where they spent the morning getting ready. Meanwhile, their home was being transformed by Jessica Gelder and her team from Shine Events.
Katherine surprised Holly, her maid of honor, who was also celebrating her birthday.
No one had seen Katherine’s dress before the wedding day!
Katherine is seriously stunning! I am pretty sure she has the greenest eyes I’ve ever seen.
While I was with the girls, my second shooter Scott spent time with the guys and captured them getting ready.
While we rode the trolley from the Kierland Westin, my second shooter Scott was able to capture the ceremony site (below) at Katherine & Ian’s home before guests started arriving.
Their personal vows to each other were very touching.
Yes, they played the tambourine all the way down the aisle after they were pronounced husband and wife! That’s a first for me.
They made sure to get some snap shots with their puppies before the reception began.
Everyone loved their first dance!
Ian watched Katherine through most of the toasts (below right) and I loved watching them take it all in; while I was shooting of course 🙂
Congratulations you two, we loved being a part of your day and watching you tie the knot! Stay tuned, their highlight video will be making its debut soon too.

I’ve really enjoyed getting to know Melissa & Jonathan this past year. If you follow the blog and they look familiar to you, we recently did their engagement session at the end of summer.
My second shooter for this wedding, Scott A. was able to capture the guys getting ready while I was with the girls.
Their first look was so fun to see, full of excitement and tears.
Scott captured the reception set up in the Vista Room, while we were finishing up photos outside
Congrats Melissa & Jonathan! Have an amazing time on your honeymoon!
